These Terms of Service govern use of MowForge Supply and purchases made through this website. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the site.

Products and fitment

Product descriptions and compatibility references are provided to help identify replacement parts. Customers must verify the exact mower, engine or deck model, serial information when applicable and OEM part number before ordering. Deck width or visual similarity alone does not guarantee fitment.

Orders and pricing

We may correct typographical, pricing, availability or product-information errors and may cancel or limit an order affected by an error, suspected fraud, supply interruption or legal restriction. If we cancel a paid order, the affected amount will be refunded.

Fulfillment

Orders may be fulfilled by third-party manufacturers, distributors and fulfillment partners and may arrive in separate shipments. Shipping estimates are not guarantees.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected as required by law.

Safe use

Installation and repair information is general guidance. Follow the equipment and component manufacturers’ instructions, safety procedures and specifications. Disconnect power and use qualified service assistance when a repair exceeds your experience.

Intellectual property

MowForge Supply content, branding and original materials may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Manufacturer names and part numbers are used for identification and remain the property of their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, MowForge Supply is not affiliated with or endorsed by those manufacturers.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MowForge Supply is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from site use, shipping delays, incorrect customer-provided fitment information or improper installation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
